MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. -- A woman who feared she would lose her boyfriend while she recuperated from surgery arranged for her 15-year-old daughter to have sex with him, authorities said.
Police said the three signed an agreement specifying the sexual services the girl would perform and the compensation she would receive, including clothing and body piercings. The 37-year-old man and the girl had sex about 20 times over two months, police said.
"It's incredible that any parent would be involved in such a blatant case of abuse against her own daughter," prosecutor Tony Tague told The Muskegon Chronicle for a story published Thursday.
Authorities investigated after the girl talked to another adult, said police Detective Calvin Mahan.
The woman was freed on $25,000 bond after being arraigned on three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
The boyfriend, Michael J. Fitzgibbon, was being held without bail. He was arraigned last week on six counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct.
It was unclear Thursday whether Fitzgibbon had an attorney.

Mommy is just as evil as the "boyfriend". He probably paid for her stomach staple as part of the deal.

I stand corrected. The POS should be castrated, drawn and quartered. But not until AFTER he spends a few months in general population with a bunch of sadistic sodomites who know exactly what he is in there for.

You're probably correct. What a gross bunch of folks. And I suspect that both of the girls will grow up with so much baggage, their lives will be a shambles. And they will have kids, and possibly pass this pathology on to them.

This kind of crap just pisses me off. I'm willing to bet that both these scumbags have a history with social services/neglect/child abuse and have been through the system, you know,"reformed"....you just don't start abusing you kids at age 15.
Also, willing to bet that the so called mother's gastric bypass surgery was paid for with our tax dollars. And both these dirt bags will see the light of day again...assuming that they spend any time in jail.

That said, he needs to fry for what he's done to his daughter alone. Yes. definately. We've determined he's filth. I was only questioning the 14yo complicity, which there certainly was some level of. Good bad or otherwise.

LOL! That's the first thing I thought.Don't know about Michigan, but I'd bet the penalties for supplying nicotine to a minor are worse than those for incest in some counties in California! In Santa Cruz, the local health dpt. has a
smoking complaints hotline where you can turn in your neighbor for lighting up his kid's smokes, but no such easy access for getting help for a kid whose "father" is using her for sex. Out of whack priorities there or what?

About 20 years ago a couple in the Dallas area hired a part time nanny to help them with their first baby. They checked her references and got a glowing recommendation from a pediatrician she had worked for.
They later found out that "she" was a transvestite. He had given them his own number to call as the pediatrician reference and had faked the call himself.
The first day that he watched the baby alone, he killed the baby by holding it in a pot of boiling water to punish it for crying.
At the sentencing phase of the trial, his defense attorney argued for leniency on the grounds that he would have to spend whatever sentence he got in solitary confinement because he would be killed if he were ever put into the general population. As I recall, he got sentenced to life.
I think about that case whenever I read another article about some piece of filth that has managed to sink to new depths of human depravity. I don't know whatever happened to the transvestite child killer. I only hope he served out a short and painful life sentence in the general prison population.

Theses are legal terms. "Uttering" refers to spoken slander and "publishing" refers to printed slander.

It seems to me that if he had sex with her "about twenty times," then he should be held on, and prosecuted for, "about twenty" counts!

It also refers using a forged deed or instrument for purposes of fraud.
"The purpose of the statute which prohibits uttering and publishing is to preclude individuals from using a false, forged, altered or counterfeit record, deed or instrument to injure or defraud."
