I had a great time last night. Unfortunately only a small handfull of pinkos showed up, and they weren't even wearing their pink shirts. Well, except for "Ballerina Boy" -- he was wearing a faded pink color shirt.
I met several people that I knew from online, like Smash and Olga, and made many new friends. (Sorry if I can't remember everyone's names, the two meds I take for my paralysis really mess up my short term memory.)
All-in-all it was a real blast. If you've thought about coming down on a Friday and you haven't then you need to show up.
I know a lot of people from last night will be in downtown DC this morning with a couple of rallies. Sorry I couldn't attend those, but I'm with you in spirit. I hope all goes well.

I wish I were 'crafty.' I mean that in the yarn-and-glue-stick sense. I have this image of HUGE neon pink wooden looking clothes pins that would be soft enough to wear on your nose! You could hand them out to passersby so that they don't have to smell code "STINK!!" One might consider it a public service. Hey,,,maybe I could get some funding for this!/sarc.
Really, you guys should be so proud of showing up for the troops.

Anyone who goes to DC for a freep is in for a treat. The DC Chapter is the greatest.
A number of people from blog showed up last, this could be one of them. I wasn't there so I don't know the name, but they did turn out as a group. Victor Five is most likely NOT a troll.

I was at the Walter Reed Rally from start to finish last night. In fact I brought two different power wheelchairs and played around in both. If anyone that was there doesn't remember me they'll definitely remember my big "dune buggy" type wheelchair with head lights and tail lights.
You'll be able to pick me out of the pictures (if any get posted,) I'm the quadriplegic in the wheelchair.

Hmmm. In retrospect I guess I can see why someone thought that I was trolling. I didn't think abut the word "blast" being used in conjunction with "Walter Reed."
That was NOT an attempt at a play on words or to be funny. I was literally using "blast" to mean a great time.
My apologies to anyone who might have misunderstood.
