No it isn't, its just what has been reported, along with alleged internal squabbling between Olmert and defense officials; something that normally you would NEVER hear about in public.
The Israelis feinted, watched the movements, advanced and watched again, retreated and watched again. Now, they know exactly what the Hezbos do in each event, as they do not have active Command and Control. They have standing orders.
Now, Israel can confidently cut them to ribbons. They know where they hide. If civilians are among them, they will be swiss cheese too. They have had their warnings. France and Russia will scream bloody murder, but who cares?

Yes,I did notice. From the outset, Israel's war plan hinged on executing rope-a-dope with Hezbollah. Israel is fighting for its existance here. They will not stop until they are victorious.

Why the hell would Israel need to feint anything? That is like saying Mike Tyson's plan was to run up on PeeWee Herman and dance around alot, occasionaly throwing a straight jab until he could discern PeeWee's plan.
If the Israelis chose to this thing would've been over inside of a week or two. Instead the Liberal leadership waffled.
There is no deep story here. Just the same song different circumstances.
