With a list of names like this ... I can think of several security measures that could be taken to discourage a list of individuals like this from martyring themselves.

In either case, such Muslims would then be unclean and, hence, if they killed themselves trying to blow up an aircraft they wouldn't go to heaven and wouldn't get 72 virgins. If they don't intend to blow themselves up, then they have plenty of time to cleanse themselves AFTER the flight ... so, they shouldn't object.
