Let me simplify for all of you: Saudi Arabia is threatening to cut their oil productions if the US does not YES. Cutting oil production by 1 million barrel means $ 100 a barrel, which means the Democrats will win in November congressional elections, which means the impeachment of President Bush in 2007, and the cutting off the money to fund the troops in Iraq.

If there is a UN reoslution, Israel does not have to abide by it, period.

I wouldn't assume they were all going to be on the planes, or not necessarily on the 10 planes mentioned by the Brits. Some may be in support roles and not in the intended "martydom" roles, or else there may be more than 10 planes if the Italian side had its own parallel plotting........

Israel has ignored Security Council resolutions before. Its not the end of the world. Nothing can be done without Israel's agreement and here there's the other party which wants Israel to stop shooting but that won't happen. The IDF is already on the march.

Yes I did. But remember that Wallace is coming from a position of "There is no good and evil". He was saying that old Nutjob was a rational man. Stalin was rational, the Nazi's were rational. Rational does not mean good.

The scariest things about the Nazi's wasn't the mass rallies, it was that they were very logical and rational. They took their core assumptions to the logical extreme in a rational manner. The islamist are similar, in that they are only taking their core beliefs to the logical point.

Logic, if the base assumptions are wrong or evil, is not a guarantee of a good result. In fact, it is often the opposite.
