Love is a Battlefield
IDF soldier received heart shaped cookie somewhere near the Lebanon border...
Thanks
I trust Bush, Cheney, Bolton, Chertoff, Snow, Rudi, Bibi. They all know a whole lot more than I do about what is REALLY going on. They have enough on their plates to not have to worry about reassuring me at every turn.
BRAVO BRAVO
Flashdance. LOL
How about a bunker buster followup just for the heck of it?
We didn't get a picture of Bibi and Gillerman posted today yet...but you are correct...they are the hopes for Israel AND the USA..
Condi Rice just left after her meeting with Kofi Annen...per Fox..
Can't imagine what she told him.
~sigh~
I thought it was safe to un-mute Fox...Shep was gone...then I hear RL report that he asked an Israeli soldier if he'd rather go into Lebanon or go home....the soldier said "home".....
To Rick L. this means what? The reserves are cowards?? They don't have their hearts in this fight? What? Israeli military should make ALL media off limits to the brave troops.
Thanks, we could use a few cases of the stuff.
I'm not soliciting apologies. :-) Our strength here is the wide range of perceptions and skills in analyzing this.
Just clarifying my thinking and inviting others to take it easy on their minds and bodies by describing a perspective. :-) In the end, we each have our own way of dealing with difficult and stressful situations.

OK, who was the first source that stated Olmert agreed with the UN's BS?
I did know that.
I may be goy, but I know lots about Judaica...my dad's stepfather was Jewish, and I grew up a little Zionist...with a huge curiosity about it all...
My thoughts were really more about what a perfect timing for news.
Reporters as a rule take the weekend off except for the most breaking stories...You want to get something snuck under the wire, release it very late Friday and it will get minimum coverage until Monday.
:-)
Perhaps both, and 5 point seat belts, too.

Thank you.

IIRC, it was Haaretz.
"OK, who was the first source that stated Olmert agreed with the UN's BS?"
Good question, don't know

IDF says 'green light' issued for wider Lebanon operation
This could be a negotiating tool.
Best to wait and watch.
19:38 Security sources say IDF would halt advance if significant progress made in UN (Haaretz)
Is this real, or is Haaretz wishing?
"haaretz I think"
I think you're right
