UNIFIL's "tenacity" ....... what a vicious MORON! It is the total mendacious incompetence of UNIFIL over a period of years that has led to the present situation. The Hezi-Nazis were allowed to turn southern Lebanon into an extensive military fortress, utilizing civilian areas for terrorist infrastructure, under the "watchful" (gag) eyes of UNIFIL.

Now the same UN bozos who helped to produce the present catastrophe are allowed another go-round. One definition of insanity is repetitively doing the same action and expecting a different result.

Actually, though, Kofi and friends are not insane, they know exactly what they did .... because they DON'T expect a different result - they just want to kick the ball down the field aways so they can pretend they did something.

I expect Olmert to flatline by Sunday. If he thinks he can sell this to the Israeli public, he's solely mistaken. Its all spin used to cover up the incompetence, deceit and lies of the Israeli government. Of its waging a phony war and refusing to win.

Yet all the while waging a "war" against settlers. He is not timid with them. The whole "war" against Hizbullies was a bluff. He thought he could do it with airpower, and when that did not work he tried to bluff his way out.

But the biggest disappointment is with Bush. A sustainable ceasefire? Please, he must be embarrassed by his words of less that 3 weeks ago. Meanwhile Dr. Rice looks like the globalist shill that she is.
