"Nasrallah is married and has five children"
It was a different guy they killed...another "top official".
It seems to be rather hard to figure out what the hierarchy of Hezbollah is like.
Why? J/K... looking now ... Ohhhh, a later report?
I also saw an item on the ticker you posted about activity around Baalbek; don't think they're finished there, and that's Hezbo HQ from what I've read...
neat graphic.
I should be asleep, but hubby called late (I did get a half hour nap) and I am awake for a few mins...
"And when at war, the objective is to neutralize"
But that would be mean and might hurt them.
Israeli Air Force warplanes attacked early Wednesday more than 120 targets throughout Lebanon, among them 80 Hizbullah structures, four rocket launchers, a cave used to hide weapons, 25 roads and seven bridges -most of them on the Litani River.

Something that never ceases to astound me, is the fact that Liberal Politicians have no ability to grasp the concept that these terrorists would kill them in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises...My GOD what a gaggle of idiots!
You ain't just whistlin' Dixie!!
Honestly, I have to converse with lib idiots at times, although try my best to avoid and they are seriously SERIOUSLY mental!!
"Liberal Politicians have no ability to grasp the concept that these terrorists would kill them in a heartbeat if the opportunity arises"
It's bad enough with politicians in this country. But can you imagine in some of the EU countries, they've practically turned the countries over to sharia law.
Talk about a slap down.
IDF plans to reach Litani River (Thousands of troops headed North on Tuesday)
The IDF expects to begin moving towards the Litani river later Wednesday following a security cabinet meeting during which the IDF will ask for permission to deepen its incursion into Lebanon.
Meanwhile Tuesday, the IDF geared up for its largest planned ground incursion into Lebanon since war erupted, with Halutz preparing to present the security cabinet with a plan to send tens of thousands of troops north to the Litani River and beyond - to places like Nabatiya - from which Hizbullah fires most of its short- and medium-range rockets. Thousands of troops were heading north on Tuesday.

August 22 : Does Iran Have Something in Store
Wall Street Journal ^ | Tuesday, August 8, 2006 4:30 p.m. EDT | BERNARD LEWIS

In Islam, as in Judaism and Christianity, there are certain beliefs concerning the cosmic struggle at the end of time--Gog and Magog, anti-Christ, Armageddon, and for Shiite Muslims, the long awaited return of the Hidden Imam, ending in the final victory of the forces of good over evil, however these may be defined. Mr. Ahmadinejad and his followers clearly believe that this time is now, and that the terminal struggle has already begun and is indeed well advanced. It may even have a date, indicated by several references by the Iranian president to giving his final answer to the U.S. about nuclear development by Aug. 22. This was at first reported as "by the end of August," but Mr. Ahmadinejad's statement was more precise. What is the significance of Aug. 22? This year, Aug. 22 corresponds, in the Islamic calendar, to the 27th day of the month of Rajab of the year 1427. This, by tradition, is the night when many Muslims commemorate the night flight of the prophet Muhammad on the winged horse Buraq, first to "the farthest mosque," usually identified with Jerusalem, and then to heaven and back (c.f., Koran XVII.1). This might well be deemed an appropriate date for the apocalyptic ending of Israel and if necessary of the world. It is far from certain that Mr. Ahmadinejad plans any such cataclysmic events precisely for Aug. 22. But it would be wise to bear the possibility in mind.

"looks like tomorrows target for the IDF...."
Can you imagine the bad luck of that terrorist, getting his photo published like that. He might as well paint a target on his forehead.
I think this may be a good time for me to revert to "lurk" mode.
Siesta time... hasta la bye bye..
