Uh, on the ground in Vietnam, at the time of the Tet Offensive, the NVA was pretty much wiped out.

Unfortunately, the US had a bit of a problem behind our own lines (in the US) called Walter Cronkite and other MSM sources that declared Tet a crushing victory for the North.

John Kerry and his friends worked to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory in every way, but, in the end, it was the United States Congress denying the South Vietnamese weapons to fight the North for them self that caused Ho Chi Minh City.

So, what does this have to do with air superiority? The military didn't lose Vietnam, it was the American public who decided to quit that forced a loss.

Much like the Democrats are planning for our near future with respect to the War on Terror.

When it comes to Jennifer Griffin and Palkot, yes I do.

Jennifer Griffin has done yeoman's work during this war, along with Mike Tobin. David Palkot has done the same from Lebanon, operating within the constraints imposed on him by Hezbollah.

Jonathan Hunt is so-so to my mind, but Shep is a drama queen who shouldn't be allowed out of the studio.

My point is that it is a stretch to say that FNC has become slanted in favor of the Islamists.

I watched about an hour late the other night, some crooked mouth lady had two experts on and both said the Hezzes were winning the war.

Folks gotta be willing to win. If you aren't passionate about winning then you lose. If we decide to lose to the Islamofacists then our children will have to contend with the problem much like deciding that Austria was not worth fighting about set up the horror that occurred a scant year or two later.

Whats the point of criticizing my point on air superiority that was addressing the issue of why rockets are not used like they were in WWII when you saw films of hundreds of rockets flying away from a mass of rocket launchers. My point was you can't do that with fast movers in the sky.

Me either. Israel doesn't have to accommodate the press to the extreme that we do. If the press was giving away info that was dangerous to Israel they'd be gone and everyone capable of logical thought would understand, unlike the left in the USA.

I'm not much concerned with opinion of my opinion but what I have been seeing is Fox making a left turn. They have The Judge, Greta, Clark and every other nay saying liberal disguised as a moderate on. It won't be long before the give Wesley Clark his own show to counter War Stories.

Yeah, Greta was her name.. We don't have cable here (young kids, homeschool, limit trash commercial intake). Taking care of mom across the street, she had a "spell" and I went over to help her. Watched about all I could stand of Greta, decided Fox wasn't all that fair and balanced. LOL...
