FoxNews is providing aid to Hezbollah!
FoxNews Channel | 8/3/2006 | News Guys

I am watching the news, and I see reporters showing the exact position where rockets are landing in Israel.

Great spotting guys!

If you agree they are harming Israel, at the expense of being "objective", please join with me and email them or better call them to ask them to be more responsible. Rant over.

The rockets are essentially unaimed and their path is just not able to be guided so spotting like for artillery is pretty much useless. So you might as well show the horror of this indiscriminate attack that can only be aimed at Civilians.

Fox News is turning into just another BS liberal outlet.

Okay, this definitely lunges into the lead for the SPOTD award.

I've got 20 gross of bottel rockets in a cool place in the garage. How about you stand 100 ft away from me, and I'll start lighting some! Hey, I'll even let you go to 250!

Greg Palkot in in Tyre, and mentioned in his report that the Hezzies are launching very close to where he was reporting from. Greg would be wise to leave Dodge now.

Yeah, IU noticed too... "Achmed, you just missed the house with the big red roof, adjust your aim!" They hadn't been doing it before. Might want to alert the Israeli authorities as well... one of the reporters said the other day that they hadn't heard from the censors. Maybe they think they can get away with more now. Maybe they think the Israelis aren't monitoring.

But they ARE showing impact locations now. I haven't seen them do this before.

Yesterday morning I watched the news and the reporter showed the launching of missiles into Israel. He mentioned that they had an agreement with hezbollah no to show the exact position of the rocket launcher(s).

I agree totally with you and the #13 post. When they first started this whole reporting deal..they repeated several times that they could not show where bombs hit..because it would allow the enemy to adjust slightly and get closer to the target.

I saw that report that #13 is talking about. And when they put their hand over the lens..they had their fingers spread..like a little kid peeking at something..they act like the enemy has no brains at all.

Disgusting what the media will do these days...and yet..sad to say..I am not surprised by any of it.

You are right. No guidance system at all, and I doubt if the burn times are uniform. Terror weapon is all it is.

and was trained to be quite aware of the plume locations.

Tow assumptions you are making that I don't buy:

1. These guys are trained. 2. They have access to Fox news while in a war zone in such a manner which would allow them to figure how they were firing rockets without guidance and to do it more precisely.

Which is exactly why they are showing panoramic views, and not rushing to the scenes.

If I hadn't briefly tuned into Mike Tobin's report a few minutes ago, I would not have found out that yesterday was the worst barrage of rockets by Hezbollah into Israel since the conflict began, over 200 of those things lobbed indiscriminately over the border.

I'm with you Coop. Palkot may have just put his life at risk by mentioning the Hezzies are launching VERY close to his proximity.

I would go the other way on this. Fix news is helping Hizbollah by buying into the Hizzies fake but accurate accounting of how Israel is basically committing atrocities.

Between Jonathan Hunt and Sheepherder Smith, I thought I was watching Al Jazeera. Even Jennifer Griffin is starting to buy into it. You could see how over three weeks she went from balanced to pro-hizzy.

These guys are trained. They know how to elevate to a mark, and light it off. I'd bet they may even be able to turn them sideways.

As for FoxNews access, they have the internet, and as we know from recent news reports. Hezbollah is here in the good ole' USofA!

I seem to remember some towelheads driving jets...

Have no fear, Hezbollah knew the exact landing points long before it ever aired on Fox.

I think at this point, with Kiyrat Shmona needing to be rebuilt and few people left there, the Israelis are sort of encouraging the Hizzys to fire on the town. This way they will expend the rest of their rockets.

I did like the media commenting that it was a record number of rockets fired. I couldn't find in the Guiness book the subject of "record number of rockets fired into Israel by a terrorist organization."
