I really dont think I could have said that better.

The point of the launcher is really mute. The facts are this.

1. Israel would not have hit that site for no reason.
2. Hezzbollah hides amoung and behind it's civilians.
3. Hezzbollah is playing a PR game knowing that world opinion is the only hope they have for victory. They simply do not have the equipment, training or fortitude for a stand up fight.
4. This is all part of a game to them. One in which the death of the innocent is part of their plan. Especially their own. The citizens of south Lebanon are simple pawns to be sacrificed to Hezzbollah.

Anywhere the bullet proof vest is not in all honestly.

Head shot would pretty much gaurentee a kill, but is a more difficult shot. A shot that is placed at the bottom of the vest hitting the abdomen/groin area would be very hard to treat and the person would probably bleed out.

Bingo- you've hit the mark. Another thing that came to mind was: when they couldn't get enough negative PR against Israel out of the UN incident they merely upped the ante and executed the Qana plan. Who knows what they'll do next, but I'm sure there's plenty more to come.
