I have said it before and posted several weeks ago - before the war started

The plan is this

Israel is first clearing the northlands. They are taking out the Hezzies in preparation for a war already planned with Syria and Iran.

Israel first wanted to make sure the Hezzies were at least crippled before they make their next move. Syria and Iran are next.
