Almost everyone is in the picture! Diana Irey allowed herself to be corralled into a group photo before being whisked away by her manager(?). She talked with a lot of folks and, according to SMASH, she even spoke with the stinky Pinkos! Being a pretty rotten reporter, I have no idea what she said to anyone. Please - help me out people! Last week, as reported here, the stinky Pinkos got their panties in a wad over the "Burma Shave" pink signs that marked them as non-Supporters. They stole the signs, threw them over the fence, and tried to run and hide after the dirty deed. This week, bmwcyle kept a watchful eye on the signs! He also employed an ingenious anti-commie device to ward off the smelly ones: patriotic music!!!

For some reason, the stinky Pinkos have felt the need to come up and engage us in "dialog" recently. Citizen SMASH reports that it's Medea Benjamin who instigates these little incursions and that she gets some kind of sick pleasure from being yelled at. I’m left wondering why Medea enjoys this so much, but she’s wearing a big grin on her face as we turn around and head back to the Code Pink protest site. She really gets off on this stuff.What a weirdo! (Otherwise known as "masochist"). |

We'll be back out at Walter Reed next Friday night, August 4th, from 6:30 until at least 9:30 at the intersection of Georgia Avenue and Elder Street, NW in Washington, D.C. Let the troops know that regular Americans aren't too busy with TV, ball games, movies and other recreation to show their thanks and support to our brave troops and to peacefully counter America-hating moonbat-Pinkos.

Being there with us in spirit is great, but we need people to hold the MOAB (Mother of all banners), other signs, and flags. Maybe you can't come every week, but please make it your patriotic duty to join us at least once in the near future. This FReep is rewarding, fun, and important for our troops and our nation.
We are told every week by patients and family members that our presence at the gate means a lot to them. The wounded warriors inside the hospital are heartened by the sight of ordinary citizens cheering for them and displaying our heartfelt thanks for the service and sacrifice they've made on our behalf.
A couple hours one night a week is very little to give compared to what they've contributed!
As always, the DC Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence. No profanity. No racism. No provocations. Obey the law. Treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
