Batchelor interviewing Thomas Macaroney (sp) who chronicles damage to infrastructure, command and control, banking, small number of fighters killed (225) but major damage to ability to fire short range rockets. Israel hitting resupply routes hard.
But there are Iranian revolutionary guards present also. Says must continue campaign as long as it takes.

They don't have enough centrifuges to make enough enriched uranium for a bomb by then. The only way they could have a bomb by then is that they had the uranium last year.
So I wouldn't be too worried.

except that in 38 - the bad guys had the best military in the world (until US forces built up). today, the bad guys cannot win militarily. the only way they can win, is for the media and the world community to intervene on their behalf - causing the West to be unwilling to fight the total war needed to defeat them.

Suzanne Malveaux totally misrepresenting what is going on...she just said that because of the Qana bombing, Rice and Bush are desperately wanting to end this as soon as possible...
She said..that this is behind closed doors or course...in public they are not asking for an immediate cease-fire..but that they are in a hard position..because they really want it to STOP...
Why do I not believe a word she is saying?

I have been thinking of the run up to WW2 for a long time...but, the problem is, the "Nazi" thingy has been thrown around for so many minor things...
that NOW, when the comparison could be a matter of life and death..no one even listens when it is brought up.
Also..wasn't the battle cry after WW2, Never forget, never again...or something like that?
