Israeli combat soldiers walk along the Israeli northern border with Lebanon. US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is pursuing a new round of Middle East diplomacy as the Lebanon conflict moved into its 19th day, with Israel and Hezbollah exchanging firepower and threats in defiance of international moves toward a ceasefire
Israel is very lucky to have Gillerman at the UN. IMO we are witnessing a future Israeli PM
Good. But they'd better put it out on the web, because Heaven knows the MSM won't want to show it.
Yeah, they need to lose the Burt Bacharach one.
I swear. Are you watching this? It looks exactly like that.
And Bolton ought to show the Qana video at the UN.

He doesn't put up with any crap.
I like the Mac/PC commercials.
I don't know. That would be a bad thing for Lebanon IMO.
And he doesn't put up with it so eloquently!
Nope, I don't have a goggle box in here. And I'm torn on whether that's a good thing or a bad thing :)
me too - they are very clever
This is his website. The current music is a bit upbeat but the site is worth the visit. A very talented man.
Uh-oh the last time they ran that shot of the big guy they cut it off before he gave the director a look and they also cut off the ripped shirt guy coming back from the dead.
Seriously, look how clean these guys all look?
Photo op. Photo op. I mean they look freshly laundered. Their gloves are all white. This is just silly.
I may be, too. I was thinking they were playing for the camera and not too worried about any bodies the way they were digging in the dirt. Hmm, Greg said they were digging with their hands but there seemed to be plenty of shovels. I still haven't seen any women or children there.
Which I like in a diplomat.
The anchor on CNN just used it.....I switched over to Fox and within two minutes, I again heard the word "deadly" as in Israel's "deadly attack".
Is there ever an attack during a war that is NOT deadly? If an attack is not deadly, why are there any attacks at all?
Talk about knitting a conundrum for myself, LOL.

I absolutely agree with you there. Allowing any militias, including Hezbollah is bad for Lebanon.
To the first, the question; in quantity, probably yes, in quality (if that word applies) probably not. In the MSM and world opinion the second part will be ignored.
To your second, the conclusion; not at all, because they will as always create their very own 'real' history entirely apart from reality and the same MSM and world opinion will pick it up happily.
The only way to 'win' is to smash them flat, roll over the carcass, and explain (trying, or course, not to hurt their feelings - too much) to Lebanon that it will contain hezbolah or it will see this happen again and again as needed.
PS: If there is a role here for NATO or some not-the-UN force, it is on the Lebanon - Syria border and not the Lebanon-Israel border.
