At least two or three people shoot.
SEATTLE – At least two people have been shot at the Jewish Federation at 2031 Third Ave. in downtown Seattle. One or two people have been taken into custody but it's not known if they are suspects.
One person was reportedly shot in the abdomen and another in the arm. They are being taken to Harborview Medical Center.
Part of Third Avenue and Second Avenue have been closed to traffic. Police are urging people to stay away from the area. It's not known if more suspects are at large but policemen were seen handcuffing one person and others were searching the area.
At least three people were seen emerging from the building, escorted by police. It's not know if they were hostages.
Medics, escorted by police, have been taking other people from the building.

To be perfectly honest it's not hard to come up with an example of Jewish terrorists: there were very active Jewish terrorists operating against the British in Palestine, prior to the creation of Israel. They were a pretty violent lot.

The KIRO TV live feed on the internet right now just shows a podium all 'miked' and ready to go. It is airing all the comments of journalists gathered in the room. It sounds like when the cameras are left on after a CSPAN event so you can get the real feel. You can here reporters among themselve surmising, theorizing, shooting bull, laughing at times, sheesh it sounds like a family reunion. There sure is a little bit too much laughter for my liking, in light of this terrorist action.

That was a long time ago. To be honest, King David, prior to being king, was really good at the terrorism/guerilla warfare thing, as were many warriors in Jewish history. I was speaking of here on U.S. soil, recent history.
Not quite. And, for the cubicle or dial up bound, we are still getting a press room on KIRO TV with a lot of chatter of reporters waiting for it to start. It is now starting. Statement is being made by a gentleman at the podium with a prepared statement. Usual sympathies, etc. etc. etc. that kind of thing.

It is being called a HATE crime. But it is not being called a TERRORIST act. It sounds very liberal to me. All the liberal talking points, sensitivites, and code words.
