Linc is trying to get to the crazy leftist belief that PNAC and the neocons have a plan for the ME that they are trying to implement. That's why all of the repetitions of "shaping", I think.

Another note to self: Well, there is an n in contiguous, just not where I put them.
Chaffee very worried about the shaping of the ME, challenges in Iraq, conflagration in Southern Lebanon and how hard it is to get to what the administration has in mind.

Chafee is smiling, almost laughing, and it's so inappropriate.
Did he start the day with a Bloody Mary?

RINOs are libs.I consider Lindsey Graham a RINO but he in fact has a 90% something conservative rating, which really surprised me.

I am serious here...we KNOW that even some Republicans on Capitol Hill are backed by groups "friendly" to the Palestinian cause...and he sounds like he has been given ORDERS to find out the plans.
Kinda scary, IMHO>

Meh... the palistinians don't want peace. They said as much through their elections.
Its exactly the same thing as Lebanon. Terrorist armies within a nation who act on their own, where the people either support, or at least accept them. They won't do anything to rein them in, but won't let anyone else do it either, and also do not want to take any responsibility for them.
Both places have a weak national army that say even if they wanted to reign the terrorists in, it would cause 'civil war' because quite literally half of the population supports terrorists.
This is all admitted, this is all confirmed and out there. Its like theater of the absurd that so many elect to ignore what is right in front of their face.
