The correspondant on Fox is reporting on an important battle going on in Lebanon. He said Hizbellah seems to be deciding to make a stand near a small town and a "pitched, important battle" is going on right now. They are showing pictures of the war overhead.
"If these guys are dumb enough to congregate in one place, don't miss the opportunity to clean house."
I agree they should be wiped out---and will be. However, I doubt their stand is just based on dumbness. Part may be PR---proving that they have the courage to stand and fight, blah blah blah.
However, I suspect they are buying time. I cannot imagine what they are buying it for---don't know much about the situation.
Try to keep in mind this is not a Sunday School Picnic - it is all out War. In War both civilians and soldiers are killed. Hezbollah must be destroyed through out the Middle East, Israel can't do it alone. Hezbollah is an arm of the brutal and militant Islamists and their cowardly clerics who send children, women and drugged men into do their dirty work while they hide in some safe place I am speaking of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei who want all Jews and infidels killed around the world.
We Infidels had better take a stand starting with NO new Mosques in my city and no teaching about Islam in public schools. Privately President Bush knows Islam is not a religion of peace but he cant say so publicly ..that is the job of religious free people everywhere.
Yes, but it is Monday and I am low on coffee.
I would say that it's time to declare that any future attacks will receive a military response and an incursion, and that this time they will keep any land that they seize, but the land that Hezbollah is on is not really theirs.
Thanks a lot. Now I'm on the FBI watch list!!! ;-)
No prisoners this time. The Israelis will kill every single one of them.
Good.
Oh, good grief. [rolling eyes]
Then that would put the onus on Lebanon to kick them out. That is if they were really serious.
They still have air power, which comes in mighty handy against fortified positions.
And yet they don't blink when fiercely defending the "right" to plunge scissors into the back of an unborn baby's skull.
Oh Allah..give them enough courage to stand and fight to the "last man".
(PS: I hope the IDF lends these martyrs a helping hand) /sarc
Unless Syria and Iran are removed from the equation, which is next on the list of many talking heads.
With the dawn came a vision of peace and the corpses of the Hezbollites fed the jakals and kites of the field and sky of Sidon and Tyre.
The Army of the Lord offered up Hosannahs and Thanks to the Lord, and prayed that he be with them in their trials forever.
If there were prizes for the most terrible commercials, that commercial would win FIRST prize! We can't stand it.
I assume there will be no more small town at the end.

I love the AP's take:
"By daybreak, bloody and bruised soldiers, shock etched deep in their faces, were streaming back over the border into Israel.
The incessant crackle of gunfire pierced the air as explosions over the hills surrounding Bint Jbail kicked up plumes of gray smoke. All the while, tanks rolled back into Israel, ferrying the wounded over the rocky, barren landscape."
Turning victory into defeat in support of the best Hezbullah propaganda. Of course, the next paragraph, here's the real story:
"Two Israeli soldiers were killed and at least 20 were wounded Monday, the army said,"
Casualty numbers like that suck, if you are one of them, but other than that, 22 total is pretty darn good, in light of "a withering barrage of bullets, anti-tank missiles and mortar shells."
AP reporter vermin wouldn't admit Israeli victory, if they killed every single Hezzie.....
I'm going to get in trouble for this.
But what about that Viagra commercial with that four hour problem they warn you about?
So I'm wondering, what does a guy do, call up the doctor? Of course the doctor tells him to go to the hospital. Which, of course, the guy is going to do...run right to the emergency room and say....what?
I always wonder about that.
