Hastert has been moving off the reservation fairly consistently lately. If he's one of the congresscritters who're taking a field trip over to the ME, perhaps he feels a need to justify the trip.

MSNBC just interupted live news from the ME to cover a car chase in Houston.
We'd like to interrupt this live broadcast of an invasion which could potentially lead to a global conflagration for a car chase.
I don't think there is going to be a ground invasion. I think he invasion will come from the sky.
