An Israeli soldier scouts the area near the Israel-Lebanon border, July 20, 2006.
LOL...I can't believe it...I asked you that question today..but, I had NOT seen that thread of yours.
I guess I must have "ESPn"...to know you were the one to ask.
Thanks for the link to that thread...I will go back and read it all.
Dang you are probably right...because I just heard Robert Novak say that...and HE is like Maddie..very critical of Bush's foreign policy.
Two Our Fathers and two Hail Mary's for you my FRiend.
To have Senators (who used to be statesmen) playing Bush-bash politics during Israel's crisis is despicable. But then again, they don't even stand united behind their own President and country in our own war on terror.
PS...ABC NEWS always reports lies.
Also...I heard them say today...that they have attained a highly classified report of the sites that are most likely to be hit in a terror attack..
THEN, they proceeded to list the sites!!!
Was Bolton voted out of conference once already with a "tie"?
I thought he was filibusterd on the Senate floor. It's been some time ago and my memory is not the best.
Also, I read or heard somewhere that he does not qualify for "recess" appointment once this one expires. Does anyone know anything on this?
Personally I don't think the Democrats would even consider filibustering his reappointment during this crisis.
Of course, they are not referred to as Dumbocrats for nothing.
What the hell is that suppose to mean???
Some of the dems will do anything, including treason and sedition, to regain power.
IIRC he was blocked in conference because of the cry baby

I freaked the hell out when he said that.He made me feel like nothing more than a dirty Jew. I sent what I said to you to Rich Lowry at NRO. Let's hope he publishes it. He made me feel like he felt that I was nothing more than a dirty Jew.
Thank you very much for your insight on my question.
I remembered after reading it, that I did see a thread sometime lately about how even the Sunnis are saying that they don't want America to leave right now...I was shocked then..
But, after seeing what some of the Shi'ites have been doing...I can understand it.
Boy..it is HARD to keep a scorecard for Iraq...I was under the impression that the Shi'ite were mostly the "good guys" (not counting the Kurds)..and the Sunni, the "bad guys"...
I STILL don't know.
