You do realize that it is PERFECTLY Legal for PRIVATE funders to do this research. I oppose the bill only because it is spending government money that the private firms could do a better job of instead.

As a TRUE libertarian I opposed this bill because it is an unnecessary spending of TAXPAYERS money. Too many "libertarians" love taxpayers funding their pet projects.

Sorry, I jumped on you too soon. You're right...He is going to have to do a good job explaining this veto, but the MSM and the Democrats have shown they won't listen to reason. But you're right.

Because they don't believe in an objective morality. Libertarians are no better than the radical secularists on the left -- they would both tear the moral center out of the nation so they can indulge in their own degrading life choices.
