Tehran, Iran, Jul. 17 Irans hard-line President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said on Sunday that Israel should exchange key Hezbollah leaders it has in custody for its army personnel taken hostage by the Lebanese militia fiercely loyal to Tehran.
This occupying regime (Israel) came into existence in the heart of the Islamic world and the Middle East 60 to 70 years ago with plots and ruses and has no duty other than terror, crimes, aggression, violence, and creating tension. Its mission is to sow discord among countries in the region, Ahmadinejad said.
He accused the United States of lying that it sought a two state solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict.
He urged the West to remove the Jewish state from the region. For certain, you cannot withstand the power of the nations of the region, he said.
If you do not contain this criminal regime and end your support for it and give a positive response to the people of the region you will face a dire fate, he said.
His comments were reported by the state-run news agency ISNA.
Don't these guys get sick of their own constant yapping? How about a date to meet for open battle?
I'd be willing to sacrifice Los Angeles, and I LIVE here.
That's what the pack of rabid, foaming, wild dogs said of the porcupine (which really just wanted to be left alone). But the wild dogs just did not have it in their nature to leave the porcupine alone. So the dogs got hurt, but never learned their lesson.
Would you settle for the wet option?
It is refreshing to see a bad guy who so quickly and consistently dons the black hat and twirls his moustache.
I was thinking yada-yada-yada.
Yes, the guy's a loon -- but he's a dangerous loon.
The official voice of Allah's death and destruction in Iran must have misspoken, as he's describing Islam history since its formation 1400 years ago quite accurately.
Everytime he opens his yap, Europe and the Arab States shrink.
Why do you think that the Arab states have refrained from condemning the Israeli incursions? Because they know that Iran is behind this, and they are scared sh!tless of Iran getting the bomb. Everytime Ahmadinejad opens his yap, they get more and more scared. At some point, if we do have to invade Iran, it will be with at least the tacit blessing of the Saudis and Kuwaitis.
Hell, lets take him at his word. Provocation enough for me.
Ooooo, you're mean. Doesn't this constitute "cruel and unusual punishment"?
Time to schedule the Iran shock and awe for August 21st...
Looks good to me.
He's friends with Putin, and Pat Buchannan admires Putin. What's that tell us?
I have read everything this evil bastard has ever uttered that has been printed in media. Ahmadinejad is focused, has a plan, and is eager to implement it--he recognizes that chaos and destruction are neccessary triggers for his precious Mahdi to re-appear (a five year old Imam --the twelth) who has been "occulturated" in a water well for the last 900 years or so.
Which begs the question, what kind of insane god would store a five year old in a well for 900 years? And, if it was you stored in a well, I guess you would be in a sour mood over it?
Maybe the "mystics of Islam" who contrived and invented this tripe were really describing plagiarized and foolishly rendered versions of apocalyptic fare from the book of Revelation; unclean spirits like frogs, angels bound at the euphrates etc.
To call this guy nuts is offensive to squirrels--he isn't nuts, he is a committed satanist (slave of Allah) who believes he is pleasing God. He is absolutely certain he has been chosen to prepare for and hasten the Mahdi's return.
This makes the little weenie predictable...
ok.
Well, we can be certain libs are pulling for him, just like they worship Chavez and Castro and Che.
Don't know the FReeper who came up with the term a day or two ago but Ahm whatever is a real snotwad. That's a good word.
And I thought he took a job with the NY Times.
Yep, if this guy could activate a "dire fate" against the west, he would have already done it.
The key is to make sure he never gets that kind of power.
