Joe Wilson and Valerie Plame have run into a bit of bad luck in their lawsuit against Dick Cheney, Scooter Libby, Karl Rove, and ten random Republicans. CQ reader Denis K took a peek at the complaint and noticed something that I had missed earlier -- the judge assigned to the case. Wilson and Plame drew Judge John D. Bates -- and a quick glance at his rulings will no doubt have the Left fuming.

I saw a short clip of them in the US Capitol. It was made clear in the report that they were honored guests of the dems.
Since I do so much channel surfing I'm not sure where I saw the story. Probably on FNC.

Brit Hume called the meeting a 'policy' meeting. So maybe they held an auction, highest bid gets to use their civil suit media coverage for upcoming election.

I'd prefer sending them a penny in t he mail. No way I want known scammers having access to my credit card info.

I predict Wilson and Plame will be nightly fare for the fashionistas on the E! channel, sightings, what they're wearing, etc. Pics with Paris and Nikki.

Val and Joe have a website so you can 'contribute' and pay their legal/living expenses. This is outrageous! People who ask for help with legal expenses are defending themselves against a lawsuit or criminal charges, not people who initiate a civil lawsuit. What are they going to do, pay everyone who contributes a share of the winnings?
