Simon & Schuster has signed former CIA agent Valerie Plame for a memoir, following the breakdown of her $2.5-million deal with Crown. Crown and Plame, whose undercover status was famously divulged in a 2003 column by Robert Novak, could not agree on the details of that contract.
Adam Rothberg, a spokesperson for Simon & Schuster, said, “It will be a very interesting book by a key figure of our time,” as reported by the AP.

I wish they were indicted and convicted, then she couldn't make a DIME from hrer crime!! (I can dream, can't I).
Has it been revealed as to how the CIA complaint came to be? Did someone in an official capacity at the CIA bring the complaint to the DoJ, or did Plame/Wilson 'force' the CIA to file? Who actually filed? Did the complainant actually testify in the GJ? I'm sure there's a thread here somewhere....

With what's going on in the Middle East -- these two deserve no attention or respect. Surely the CIA can do better in their hiring.
