Well, if the President pulled the trigger on the draft, and the current rules stand, after 196 days the selective service will deliver the first inductees to boot camp.
A lottery is held, with 20 year old males selected first, based on days that are picked at random. Say, June 4 is picked, all males born on that date in 1986 are the first ones selected to enter the process. The picks go on for each 365 days for each year.
When the 20 year old are exhausted, it goes to 21 years, then 22, and so on to 25. Then 19 then 18 year olds.

Actually, on Weekends, Fox is the only station of the three that stays with live coverage during the whole day...until evening..and even then, a few shows are live.
There is never really a reason to watch CNN or MSNBC on the weekends.
