I agree, although there may yet be violence once the threat described in the article is finally perceived by the sleepwalkers that make up most of our society. And the first they'll go after may very well be the apologists, the appeasers and the multiculturalists that have allowed their own western culture to be raped.
We may not be far off from that day.

Read the book "While Europe Slept" by Bruce Bawer. It's even more frightening.
One film of Mel Gibson does more to convert them than million of bombs. Unfortunately most of Hollywood movies have the opposite effect.

The article is good but the comments are really amazing there is a conversation with a Muslim and some englishmen (2 a secular humanist and some Chrisians. They get to the issue of why Christians can't buile Church's in Islamic countries the way the Mulsim's build mosques in Christian countries. The Muslim guy is quite conscious of using our culture, freedom and institutions to achieve his goals.

Not really, it means you have your own religion with your own dramatis personae and we have ours.
It means that Saudi Arabia should have lots of Christian churches as should Turkey and Pakistan and that The State should protect those churches and respect Christian cHurches and Jewish Synagogues.

The Dar al-Islam cannot 'protect' false religions. The belong to the Dar al-Harb, and this must eventually find truth and submit to Allah, peace be upon him. The mumin cannot 'protect' the idolatrous religions of the kafir - that would simply be reversion to the Dar al-Harb. Islam does not need bombs or bullets to win politically. In London, and places like Bradford, Oldham, Leicester, Slough, and Oxford, we are moving towards majorities in some areas. Democracy will then assist the overall objective. A few years ago, an essay posted on FR mourned the coming Islamification of Europe. Terrific piece, the author, a columnist, lives in France, UK expatriate. Theodore B...(Hazy on the name, sorry, not enough coffee). Described what would happen when Muslims took over: Those with means and opportunity would flee. France's artistic heritage, treasures in the Louvre would be smuggled out or destroyed.(All those nudes.) And then there's France's nuclear capability. The author thought the crisis would hit in five or ten years, but time seems to be telescoping. 'Scary' doesn't begin to cover this.
