BEIRUT, Lebanon (AP) Witnesses report that Israeli warplanes early Friday attacked targets in Hezbollah stronghold in Beirut.
BEIRUT, July 14 (Reuters) - Israeli planes struck a bridge in the southern suburb of Beirut, a Hizbollah stronghold, and the fuel stores of the Jiyyeh power plant south of the city early on Friday, witnesses and security sources said.The Lebanese Army responded with anti-aircraft fire. Residents heard at least three strikes but there was no immediate word on casualties.

IMO, Israel should designate about five areas like this, and just remove them and every blade of grass within from the map.
Then let it be known that next time there will be ten such areas.
I'd let Lebanon's leadership know that they are not the initial targets, but that could change should they decide to defend those who are responsible for attacking Israel.

BEIRUT, July 13 (Reuters) - Israeli warplanes dropped thousands of leaflets in Hizbollah's stronghold in Beirut's southern suburb on Thursday, urging residents to stay away from the group's offices and buildings, witnesses said.
"For your own safety and because of our desire not to harm any civilians who are not involved (with Hizbollah), you should refrain from staying in areas where Hizbollah is present and operating," said the Arabic-language leaflets, signed "The State of Israel".
If our own are in Hezballah camps, they should know better.
If my relatives lived in such an area, I'd get a room outside the area in question and invite them out to visit.
Truth be known, I suspect 'our own' are outside these areas.
Yet Israel is evil, and the terrorists are just misunderstood.

My question will this limited war with Israel and hamas an hezbollah escalate into a full blown mid east war including Iran? And other mideast muslim regimes.
Will Israel use nukes on its enemies if attacked?
I am 57 years old, nothing like since the cuban missle crisis.
