The "good people" of Iran as the media chant, have had plenty of time. They deserve the government they have.
Yup, couldn't deal with the other situations with Saddam playing no-fly-zone tricks, etc. He was step one.
Very good advice. The possibility of a real shortage and the irrational futures traders this could leave us with $5-$6.00 per gallon by the end of next week!
Hell, I think I'm going to put gasoline into anything that will hold liquid!
/empties the kitchen cabinets and drains the swimming pool
I stepped out from work and gassed up.
Hey, it's Evil Smurf.
(not you, the moron in the picture)
pointing fingers already , huh?
Does anyone know if the DEFCON level has been reduced?
That was basically my take on it too, though Iran more than Syria. Iran is, after all, rather conveniently located between Afghanistan and Iraq, so to some extent we have it surrounded, electronically if nothing else.
Ole MoHamHead over in Iran just released a statement that "An attack on Syria would be considered an act of war on the entire islamic world and would bring a 'fierce' response"
Gibson said the missile name a few times - did you catch it?
If we become directly engaged with Iran, our forces in SK had better be put at a higher level of alert. I'm not sure Kim Jong Il will be able to resist a blitzkrieg otherwise. If we can't relieve SK under pressure, he can stay completely conventional and hold Seoul and Tokyo as nuclear hostages if we threaten nukes.
The powder keg blew on 9-11-2001.
I cried that day not because 3,000 people I didn't know died. Thousands die in natural disasters all the time.
I cried because I knew that we had been plunged into a global war that would not end overnight and that would demand resolution, not appeasement.
They'd been push for a response for years. Blowing up embassies, ships, etc. 4 targets in one day (maybe more) could not be ignored.
I do not doubt that we have the potential to win. I do not know if the West has the WILL to win.
If it was really fired from Iran, Cheyenne Mountain has advised the President of that fact.
Any confirmation of this?
This more than anything that has happened, portends the gravest response.
Source?
Isn't it just amazing that the Iranian 'leadership' so quickly forget the MASSIVE American / allied military force that is..............right freakin' next door???????
Talk about being ate-up with dumbass...........
I say this is a good time to hit their nuke reactors.
