You quoted someone that I was quoting. I was questioning his statement as well. The reason that I was asking him what we could learn from Cuban healthcare is that I happen to have an Aunt who was a nurse in Cuba up until ten years ago. I wondered if the posters' opinion of Cuban medicine jibed with my Aunt's opinion.
