WHY BIN LADEN WANTS HOME DELIVERY OF THE NEW YORK TIMES
by Mia T, 7.11.06

IN A 'PINCH': RETHINKING THE FIRST AMENDMENT
(Which came first, the 'journalist' or the traitor?)

by Mia T, 6.27.06

"What is government itself but the greatest of all reflections on human nature? If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary."

James Madison

hen the founders granted 'The Press' special dispensation, they never considered the possibility that traitors in our midst would game the system. But that is precisely what is happening today. (Hate America? Support jihad? Become a 'journalist!')

This was bound to happen.

The premise behind the First Amendment as it applies to the press--that a vigilant watchdog is necessary, sufficient--indeed, possible--to protect against man's basest instincts--is tautologically flawed: The fox guarding the White House, if you will.

Walter Lippmann, the 20th-century American columnist, wrote, "A free press is not a privilege, but an organic necessity in a great society." True in theory. True even in Lippmann's quaint mid-20th-century America, perhaps. But patently false in this postmodern era of the bubbas and the Pinches.

When a free and great society is hijacked by a seditious bunch of dysfunctional, power-hungry malcontents and elitists, it will remain neither free nor great for long. When hijacked by them in the midst of asymmetric warfare, it will soon not remain at all.

If President George W. Bush is serious about winning the War on Terror, he will aggressively pursue the enemy in our midst.

Targeting and defeating the enemy in our midst is, by far, the more difficult task and will measure Bush's resolve and courage (and his independence from the MPRDC (mutual protection racket in DC)) more than any pretty speech, more even than 'staying the course.'

No government ought to be without censors; and where the press is free no one ever will.

Thomas Jefferson
Letter, September 9, 1792, to George Washington

It is hard to believe that a man is telling the truth when you know that you would lie if you were in his place.

H. L. Mencken

We are fighting a war on many fronts.

America's Real Two-Front War

by Mia T, 4.17.04

merica's
real two-front war: fundamentalist Islam on the right and a fundamentally seditious clintonoid neo-neoliberalism on the left, both anarchic, both messianically, lethally intolerant, both amorally perverse, both killing Americans, both placing America at grave risk, neither undeterred by MAD--which means--both quite insane.

If we are to prevail, the rules of engagement--on both fronts--must change.

Marquis of Queensberry niceties, multicultural hypersensitivity, unipolar-power guilt, hegemony aversion (which is self-sabotage in the extreme--we must capture what we conquer--oil is the terrorist's lifeblood)... and, most important, the mutual-protection racket in Washington--pre-9/11 anachronisms all--are luxuries we can no longer afford.

Notwithstanding, the underlying premise of our hyperfastidious polity, (that we must remain in the system to save the system) is fallacious at best and tantamount to Lady Liberty lifting herself up by her own bootstraps.

To borrow from the Bard (or whomever), let's start metaphorically, or better yet, economically and politically, by killing all the seditious solicitors, which include the clintons and their left-wing agitprop-and-money-laundering machine: the Viacom-Simon & Schuster-60-Minutes vertical operation, the horizontal (as in "soporific") Cronkite-ite news readers, the (hardly upright) Ben-Veniste goons and Gorelick sleepers, and, of course, the clueless, cacophonic, disproportionately loud, left-coast Barbra-Streisand contingent.

America must not pull her punches (or her 'Pinches').

To prevail, America must defeat--thoroughly destroy--her enemies. On both fronts.

Excellent! My God, that Losing Bin laden one you made is fantastic. Freggin` Hillary, I don`t know what is a more annoying sound; That womans voice or hearing a 100 fingernails run across a blackboard. Hey another thing; When the rapist was Pres I swear, it seemed it was every single day this putz was in NYC for a fundraiser. It use to drive me nuts! Half of the streets in Manhattan closed down so this putz could schmooze with the liberal elite, it was impossible to drive anywhere! I think Steve Dunleavey of the NY Post once said in one year alone Clinton visited NYC 111 times!! That`s twice every week! And not ONCE did he ever visit the WTC bombing. NYC to him was just a place where he could line his pockets. And who had to pay for all these visits, for all this police overtime not to mention all he business that was disrupted? Clinton was just an effin` absolute self serving scumbag. "Oh Denise, give me money for my Clinton worship center and I will pardon your husband, the biggest tax cheat in US history!"

"Denise, can you blow this for me?"

Here is something, we can all do this week to start eliminating the NY Slimes as a threat to our nation's security. We can do it at our computers and do it in less than 1 hour. Besides sending a severe warning to the NY Slimes and the mutual fund companies who buy NY Slimes stock, we will improve our precious investment capital being wasted on NY Slimes stock.

If a few thousand freepers did this simple action this week and a few thousand new freepers, friends and relatives each following week, we will have a terminal impact on the NY Slimes acts of sedition. Please send this how to your blogs, friends, relatives and email lists. This action will serve as a cannon shot across the bows fo the other Dinosaur Liberal Fish Wraps re sedition will not be tolerated any more.

INSTRUCTIONS FROM Grampa Dave:

Want to smash the NY Slimes?
Check your mutual funds to see if they own NYT, the NY Slimes Stock

How many of us own mutual funds which own NY Slimes stock and even worse have increased their NYT holdings this year.

NYT investment by a mutual fund company is a terrible investment re the dollar loss in Stock value the last 2 years. Those investments are an attempt to keep the NY Slimes afloat with our mutual fund $'s.

Now it is very evident that the NY Slimes is an agent and abettor of the al Qaeda Serial Killers. The Slimes is endangering the lives of our families, friends, innocent Americans and every warrior of ours.

Go to this link to see if your mutual fund owns NYT.

http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/invsub/ownership/ownership.asp

When the MS Money stock home page comes up, enter NYT into the search area and hit enter and the following screen will show up re ownership of the NY Slimes stock:

The New York Times Company: Ownership Information

  • Shares Outstanding 145.00 Mil

  • Institutional Ownership (%) 83.40

  • Top 10 Institutions (%) 58.60

  • Mutual Fund Ownership (%) 42.64

  • 5%/Insider Ownership (%) 7.77

  • Float (%)

Highlight the Mutual Fund Ownership and hit enter.

If thousands of Freepers, whose mutual funds own shares of NY Slimes did the following:

  1. Sell those mutual funds or trade them for funds not owning NYT.

  2. Send a letter to the fund managers and the CEO's of the mutual fund company telling them why you sold/transferred their mutual fund owning NY Slimes stock. Then demand to know why they are wasting your precious $'s on a treason/sedition company which is a terrible investment.

  3. Contact the SEC to investigate why this mutual fund and mutual fund company invested your $'s in one of the worse investments of the past 2 years. Was the investment of yours and others a political bailout of the NY Slimes.

  4. Send this how to re Mutual Funds with NYT stock to everyone on your email list for a wakeup call.

We might have a lot more impact than trying to boycott companies which sell to the elite liberals of NYC and advertise in the NY Slimes.

clinton didn't visit the site because clinton didn't want to go after the terrorists.

One of the American historians I most admire, Douglas Brinkley out there, sitting here, was quoted in the paper today as saying that I would be viewed as a great president except for the fact of the impeachment, which is just there.

bill clinton
Hofstra apologia
November 11, 2005

The term "great" is probably an overused term. There are only a few presidents who make that top tier: Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Franklin Roosevelt, Theodore Roosevelt, Harry Truman, Thomas Jefferson, and a few others who might be there.

I don't think bill clinton ever reached that category.

One, it's hard if you're not a wartime president...

Douglas Brinkley
Nov. 12, 2005
History News Network
Refuting clinton's Hofstra-apologia "Brinkley" lie

Note to Douglas Brinkley:
clinton WAS a wartime president. The problem is, he surrendered.

Preemptively.

You might say the clinton approach to The War on Terror was the perverse obverse of The Bush Doctrine.

or have some huge event....

Douglas Brinkley
ibid.

Note to Douglas Brinkley:
clinton had one almost immediately, which
he summarily ignored: the first attack on American soil since Pearl Harbor, the 1993 WTC bombing.

Do you recall that he urged us to ignore the bombing, too? Ignore the first major Islamofascist terrorist attack on the continental United States?!

Did you know clinton never visited the site? (And he was only 15 minutes away mere days after the bombing. He chose, instead, to give some forgettable speech on --what else? -- the economy.)

Second, clinton is not known for something like Lyndon Johnson was -- The Civil Rights Act -- or even Theodore Roosevelt and conservation, or one big thing.

I think his successes were in welfare reform, economic discipline, trade pacts....

Douglas Brinkley
ibid.

Note to Douglas Brinkley:
Arguable. He was dragged kicking and screaming by the Republicans.

Those are achievements, but they're hard to get people queuing up a hundred years from now excited to see the "NAFTA Pen Under Glass."

Douglas Brinkley
ibid.

Note to Douglas Brinkley:
Great turn of phrase.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

The clintons continue to imperil virtually every sector of society, indeed, continue to imperil America and the world, with their exponentially increasing facility in manipulating electoral/policy matter and energy at ever smaller scales. Their "school uniforms" of the '90s became "nanotech uniforms" today; both are proxies for "fight terrorism," which the clintons have neither the stomach nor the know-how to do.

NANO-PRESIDENT
the danger of the unrelenting smallness of bill + hillary clinton
by Mia T, 7.31.05

----------------------------------------------------------------------
LEHRER: President Bush, your closing statement, sir.

PRESIDENT BUSH (audio): Three weeks from now--two weeks from tomorrow, America goes to the polls and you're going to have to decide who you want to lead this country ...

On foreign affairs, some think it's irrelevant. I believe it's not. We're living in an interconnected world...And if a crisis comes up, ask who has the judgment and the experience and, yes, the character to make the right decision?

And, lastly, the other night on character Governor Clinton said it's not the character of the president but the character of the presidency. I couldn't disagree more. Horace Greeley said the only thing that endures is character. And I think it was Justice Black who talked about great nations, like great men, must keep their word.

And so the question is, who will safeguard this nation, who will safeguard our people and our children? I need your support, I ask for your support. And may God bless the United States of America.

(Applause)

Your "Two Front War" describes the essence of the problem. The NYT has simply gone so far, this time, as to make it obvious.

That there are such things as national security secrets is without dispute. The Times arrogance and subversive impulses in failing to respect palpably obvious security information demonstrates the left's desperation to ensure Bush's foreign policy is not as successful as his economic policies have now been demonstrated to be.

Al Gore and John Kerry would have given the US high taxes and stagflation rationalized by diatribes against the wealthy and big corporations; in foreign policy they would have given us handwringing and expansion of $80,000 per year unionized TSA agents at every post office, train stations and shopping mall in the country.

In the long run, the battle on the home front may be more important, more significant that the war against Bin Laden. The Lilliputian Left with their rights for terrorist prisoners, their environmental nihilism, and their ongong smear campaign against anything that might make Bush look good, (e.g. their "anti-unilateralism") is willing to sacrifice America to regain power, which they hope to weild in unity with a global totalitarian socialist United Nations and its thousand and one ministries, agencies, and commissions.

This is a far more serious conflict than any have imagined. The flagrant treason of our leftist media is a measure of how much is at stake.

Representative King is right. The time for prosecution with a jury of returned Iraq war veterans and New York firefighters, has come.

The NY Slimes tried to downplay the revenues going to the government due to the tax cuts today.

The tax cuts have made our good economy.

Americans have more money to spend. Corporations and top earners have more money to spread around.

It works !!!!!

Thanks for the informative post Mia Teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

excellent!

We are witnessing an ever-increasing irrelevancy in the throes of death. A spiel that never played in Peoria plays nowhere post-9/11.

The intersection of the Left's convenient deconstructionism ("it all depends on what the meaning of the word 'is' is" (or 'national security secrets' or 'treason' or 'war' or 'genocide' or 'rape')) with its insanity (i.e., The Left, like the terrorists, are undeterred by MAD) and a level of self-interest that is psychopathic and deadly for America, for us all.

Bush, sadly--and perhaps fatally--will never go after our domestic enemies. (It's the 'ol DC mutual protection racket writ large (we've got to dump ALL the professional pols) or simple political calculation (going for the tactical instead of the strategic)... or a lack of political will... or some combination thereof.)

"There's the Times and then there's everything else..."

There's a report of dubious origin that he also said this:

"A Sunday isn't a Sunday without the New York Times spilling the beans, a New York bagel, some nova and a (fat-free) schmeer." ;)

Me, I prefer a New York bagel, some nova and a (fat-free) schmeer. . .

The bagel's attenuation, BTW,
has nothing whatever to do with triangulation,
Safire notwithstanding.
(The clintons analogize not to the bagel's substance but to its hole.)

The modern bagel is not trying to be a doughnut.
The doughnut-ization of the bagel is illusory.
The tough torus softened because of technology,
not demographics, or even demagogues. . .
It all boils down to boiling...
and, according to some bagel purists, New York water!

Real bagels are first boiled in a kettle,
then rinsed and cooled in a fresh water trough.
Only then are they baked.

The boiling process
reduces the starch and increases the gluten
to produce the real bagel's
characteristic leaden heft, golden brown thin crust and chewy center.

So-called bagel stores in recent years have skipped this very important step.
They steam the bagels in a rack oven
producing the ubiquitous,
(and quite-by-accident doughnut-esque),
ersatz bagel.

Why this happened:
Real-bagel makers are dying off and taking their trade secrets with them.
Real-bagel making is more time- and labor-intensive.
Boiling reduces shelf-life...
Would that we had parboiled the co-presidents, too...
