Unfortunately, I think we already have. From day one of his first administration, the rats & old media constantly pilloried the President and purposely divided our nation. They continue to do so in time of war.
The result is a nation without the will to win.
At this point in WWII we were fire bombing Japanese cities and about to land at Normandy. Fast forward and here we are in the fourth year of horrible asymmetric urban warfare in Iraq. By splitting the country, the rats have made sure that we will not do what is necessary to win. Imagine our military being allowed to fight at the same level as the irregulars. The rats, media, UN etc would howl for his impeachment.
The rats know they cannot allow George Bush to win the Iraqi war, lest they be cast in the political wilderness for many years. Make no mistake. Rat opposition to the war is purely political. They gladly watch our brave soldiers and marines died horrible deaths in order to brighten their chance of regaining power.

I don't think they really (I mean really) believe we are at war. They look at this the same way they do..say highway subsidies. It's either that or large protions of our population are stark raving mad.
Agree completely Jacquerie but in your above statement is our country's salvation. George Bush and our country are slowly winning the Iraq War and the Rats are fully aware of it and are desperate.
This coming election will tell the tale IMO and I'm glad we're on the side of our President, Americans love winners.
