Will Liberals demand that he be dug up and have his body incarcerated for the remainder of his sentence?

I'll never believe it was anything but a "Hill Pill"
(And ABC tried to paint Lay/Bush as "best buds" again)

Heard earlier on Fox today that the Feds found nine million dollars that Lay had hidden and that they didn't know existed and confiscated it. THAT can make a heart attack.

Stress and high altitude and loss of desire to take care of himself to go to jail.

Their side expects foul play because that is exactly what their side would do. Someone who cheats people is constantly afraid that someone is going to cheat him. That is how he sees the world.

I know after his conviction he was quoted as saying his fate was in God's hands, and that "God is in control of all things." So be it, in his case. Maybe God has spoken.
I find it hard to feel sorry for somebody whose actions destroyed so many other people's lives and who, at least as far as I could see, felt no remorse for his actions.
He & his family came out of it pretty well, it seems, at least monetarily -- for all the Lays' poor mouthing about how they too suffered from Enron's collapse, had to sell some of their houses, etc. -- he could still afford his vacations in Aspen.

Marvin Zindler praised Ken Lay for his charitable contributions from the pre-Enron collapse days. Marvin's always publicly said Ken Lay was innocent and the others were guilty. I should write this on the calendar because Marvin is a "all rich people are evil and live forever" or "it's hell to be poor" kinda guy.

This might not be unusual. My brother at age 42 had a heart attack which incapacitated him ... then had a massive one minutes later which killed him. So maybe this is the norm for some heart attacks.

Air bubble through injection would leave a mark you'd have to look for and no toxicology.
Sure seems the stress got him or I would think he took himself out (with cooperation of at least one other person).

All those $1,200 dinners and $10,000 hookers on Enron's dime finally caught-up with him.

Glenn Beck just said (on his tv show) that he faked his death because he was facing prison time. A guy with that much money could pay a couple million for a crash test dummy doctored up to look like him in a casket.
