Unfortunately he revealed the problem with the MSM. That is to say, the disconnect they have with E plebnista*.
Mr. Harwood, if you dare, get out and speak with 'We the people.' Your outlook may change significantly on that.
*Fans of Star Trek (the original series) will hopefully get the reference :o)
WOW. Thanks for your excellent summary!
Thanks Rodguy! Great items.
Bennett, and others, have been nailing Dana Priest for some time now. He has made comments about her so I'm not surprised she's doing a little pay-back at him. If I remember right, I think Bennett said she deserved to be in jail, not getting a Pulitzer Prize. LOL
Yeah, Chris Matthews and his lib panel all agree the GOP will lose in November and that democrats miss Bill Klinton, blah, blah.
Just musing to myself, how did California get not one but two of the dumbest people in the Senate of the United States? Just amazing. While Kerry and Kennedy may be evil, Boxer and Feinstien are just plain stupid.
Good as it gets especially for a fourth of July. Happy Fourth of July to you.
That was an excellent question by Bennett
Joe Klein, a very unattractive man, is telling us that the NYT disclosure of SWIFT was no big deal. The Admin. is playing politics. The big story is the unchecked move of the Admin. toward power. Cokie says everyone likes to beat up on the press. The NYT is just a favorite whipping boy.
LOL
I'll take your California Moonbats and raise you Vermont's Commie and Moron Senators.
Klien and Cokie try to keep Fred Thompson from talking but he, like Bennett before him, is to much for them. Thompson mentions that no one will be willing to cooperate with us if we can't keep our secrets.
The most revealing part of the discussion (not discounting the clear evidence that Dana Priest is an arrogant, self-serving little bitch) was that William Safire came across as senile or delusional. Not one of his arguments made any sense. Sad...
Steffie so wants the Hamdan decision to allow the Congress to legislate about everything the President does in the war. Fred Thompson is the only adult in this room.
I truly wish Cokie Roberts would shut up and let Fred Thompson finish a sentence.
Yuck. Can't stomach watching!!! Did McConnell hold up pretty well? He is usually pretty good.
Yea! What happened? Nobody mentioned the weekend Juan Williams smack down! The look on Brit Humes face, at one point, was great. Better was when Brit told Juan that NO, not everybody is going to be happy with terrorists getting Geneva Convention benefits or being treated under the same rules American Military have. Also a minor one as Juan made a comment on how the US Supreme Court is outside the realm of politics. (Brit almost burst out laughing.)
Yes, to the extent Mrs. Greenspan gave him a chance to say anything, which wasn't much.
