I second that that they can be hyper and also yappy. Some are very highly strung I think there is a lot in breeding especial in Britain maybe not so bad in the US.

I cannot help smiling at the photo of Clinton shaking hands with Silvio Berlusconi - 2 crooks together.

If you do not see the neck the President's father looks younger than Clinton and I am not just referring to the grey hair.

I just knew someone could do this! THANK YOU!
Now if we could just get it spread around the blogs - sooner or later, some news outlet would pick it up.....I'd love to see it on FOX -
Have you ever noticed - think BlatherRather - that when these slimes, who think nothing of dragging other people through the mud in the media, howl like stuck pigs when they get called on the carpet for their sliminess?
They get away with it because if someone is a "'public figure", they are considered fair game. Well, this POS has made himself a "public figure", n'est pas?

In the U.S. you can buy butter in sticks. I'm assuming that's what they're referring to.

We can only buy it in what was half pound packs now 250 grms they used to mark them in 2oz on the packages though so I wonder if a stick is 2oz?

EEEEWWWWW A picture of clinton nailing something.
:o)
Have you or anyone else noticed other world leaders imitating President Bush's "hands-on" approach when meeting each other? In the past, it was formal handshakes. Now it's arms across the shoulder, pats on the back, etc.
Thanks for the pictures of 41. I have much-o respect and affection for him. A decent and honorable man.

Yet there is something venerable about him as well. When he looks lovingly at his wife, daughters or grandchildren. His eyes are the mirror to his soul when he looks at them. I've seen it too. And that twinkle.
I may have mentioned that my hubby met him once at a business meet years ago and they spoke for just a moment. He said the VP is a man very comfortable in his own skin.

Now, now, Tart. Is that nice? But I must say, Clinton with a green face is pretty darn funny.
My favorite part of the picture is George Sr. and Barbara. They look so proud of their Dubya. It's a wonderful parents and son pic.
I think this is the best picture of our president and his parents. In public, he's the iron-willed, inspiring statesman. Then one look at mom and dad transforms him into the devoted little boy. I especially love the tenderness toward his mother in his face.

I wonder if a stick is 2oz? I don't know for sure. Except for milk and ice cream, I can't stand dairy products. I only use butter if a recipe requires it, and I usually get margarine in small tubs. Next time I'm at the grocery store, I'll check the sticks.

It's not everyday you see a prez lounging on the lawn with a bunch of pups. I'd say its #41 at his best.

Butter is sold by the pound, quartered. Each quarter or 1/4 pound is wrapped individually. I believe the recipe called for 1/4 lb. butter to fry up EACH sandwich.
Here's a link to the recipe:
http://splendidtable.publicradio.org/recipes/main_pbsand.html ===
Correcting myself: I must be recalling incorrectly, as several online recipes call for 2 Tablespoons of butter for the sandwich. I made several sandwiches (for family and friends) so I must be remembering the amount of butter for the entire preparation.
I was on a very low-fat diet at the time and remember being appalled at the fat content.
