It's not everyday you see a prez lounging on the lawn with a bunch of pups. I'd say its #41 at his best.Have you or anyone else noticed other world leaders imitating President Bush's "hands-on" approach when meeting each other? In the past, it was formal handshakes. Now it's arms across the shoulder, pats on the back, etc.
