Well, Kennedy was always second fiddle to Sandy O'Conner, and now that she's gone, HE can be seen and heard as THE deciding vote. Talk about an egomaniac. The sooner Stevens or Ginsburg are out of the court the better then Kennedy's remaining time on the court will not matter and he and Souter and Breyer will be an ireelevant activist minority.
