If the IDF is going to attack they need to do it now. Otherwise our government will tie their hands and ask them to go the UN and ask for sanctions or a very mean letter first. They need to attack now before Washington calls.

Well we all knew this stuff would continue. Israel gave them enough rope, and now hopefully they will all (Hamas) hang together.

Israel has exchanged prisoners for hostages in the past. Hamas thought they could do it again. Good thing Olmert has a set of brass ones. This will probably be the last kidnapping of an Israeli citizen for quite some time.

From the Israel PM website:

PM Olmert: “It is our right to enter any place necessary to defend the citizens of Israel”
