A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day
Free Republic made its debut in September, 1996, and the forum was added in early 1997. Over 100,000 people have registered for posting privileges on Free Republic, and the forum is read daily by tens of thousands of concerned citizens and patriots from all around the country and the world.
A Few of FR's Finest....Every Day was introduced on June 24, 2002. It's only a small room in JimRob's house where we can get to know one another a little better; salute and support our military and our leaders; pray for those in need; and congratulate those deserving. We strive to keep our threads entertaining, fun, and pleasing to look at, and often have guest writers contribute an essay, or a profile of another FReeper.
On Mondays please visit us to see photos of A FEW OF FR'S VETERANS AND ACTIVE MILITARY
If you have a suggestion, or an idea, or if there's a FReeper you would like to see featured, please drop one of us a note in FR mail.
We're having fun and hope you are!

Welcome to Warm Fuzzy Wednesday at the Finest. For those who start counting the days on Monday until the weekend, we're halfway there! So we're here to banish those doldrums and make you smile inside! Please feel free to post sweet graphics and/or little stories that make you feel all warm and fuzzy - or just come by and give us a smile. Only two more days 'til the weekend!

It's a yellow with a tendency toward golden. Nice tea fragrance. The English roses are the way to go, IMO.

Precious pic of the pooch in heart shaped glasses!

Sounds pretty. Thanks. I'm going to see if I can find that one around here. I haven't found a yellow shade that has remained happy in my garden. I grow shrub roses and a lot of HT's. English would be a beautiful addition. :)

purple. here is something for you (or anyone else with interest)
Birthday Calendar
This is cool. After you've finished reading the info, click again, and see what the moon looked like the nite you were born. This is neat. Who says our time clocks aren't ticking....

are you in the American (and local) rose society?
If not check out your local group. It is not a snobby group. They are great people & often have a range of gardening interest. Participating in these groups provide a wealth of information & LOTS of cuttings & friendship.
I was a member in NC & loved the folks.
You join the local group & are automatically, as I recall, a member of the ARS..

Watching grandsons today - best job in the world!
Cue the band - "Tiny Bubbles"
To: DollyCali
I was an ARS member for several years but never got involved with the local chapter. They seemed more concerned with shows and competition than with gardening.
