I can't count the times in my life that my slightly-out-of-step Christianity has been made fun of. And yet, no multiple murders on my (non-existant) arrest record. Why didn't somebody tell me about all this!

Hey, ah... in graduate school I knew some Indians and some Pakistanis that had major body odor. If they walked into a computer lab I would pack up my backpack and shut down the computer in less than 30 seconds. I was forced to walk out.

Their odor would make my nostrils burn to the point where I would get pain in my head.

I never knew how to broach the subject.

This article makes no mention of the three-month "leave of absence" that this murdering Muslim took, before he went on his shooting spree. Why did he do that? What was going on?

The bottom line is he got his head scrambled in the "religion of peace," and now another person is dead as a result. I shed no tears for his death. He got it the old-fashioned way -- he EARNED it.

After grad school I had a job... at first I was given a cave with no windows to work in. Then I was moved to an office with windows and I eventually had to share with a Chinese gal from the northern interior of Main Land China.

She had the same odor problem as the Indians and Pakistanis. Anyhow, I quit one day. I think she must have thought that I quit because of her odor. I quit for other reasons. However, the odor would have been reason number 2.

Anyhow, I learned prior to resigning that her senior supervisor couldn't work with her because of her odor.

It isn't difficult to explain personal hygiene to some folks who do not practice it. Just explain the need to bathe daily and to use antiperspirants so as not to offend.

As far as I can tell, Islam is the only religion about which you have to be worried when someone gets more involved in it. When a Christian 'gets religion', he's unlikely to shoot up his place of employment, bomb innocent folks, or behead someone.

It tells me something about the 'movement' when I see the actions of those who most closely align themselves with it.
