(CBS4 News) WEST PALM BEACH Sources have confirmed to CBS4 News that conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh has been detained at Palm Beach International Airport for the possible possession of illegal prescription drugs Monday evening.
Limbaugh was returning on a flight from the Dominican Republic when officials found the drugs, among them Viagra.
Limbaugh entered a plea deal back in April in a previous case where his charge of fraud to conceal information to obtain prescriptions was dropped under the condition he continue undergoing treatment for addiction.
Limbaugh had admitted to being addicted to pain killers on his radio program and had entered a rehabilitation program prior to that arrest.

Sounds very much like Viagra was the ONLY drug. I don't know the legality of getting a prescription in another name. I could EASILY see Limbaugh doing that to avoid publicity that he uses Viagra. If the prescription is indeed yours, prescribed to you but put under a different name, I'm hoping any infraction would be very minor.
One thing you can be sure of, as soon as Rush is back on the radio he will be ridiculing those who publicized this.

When people go through treatment for drugs and they are on pain medicine. It doesnt mean that they STOP taking pain medicine. They may take a different or stronger dose and be monitered.
One doesnt stop pain meds just because on is addicted. One stops the addictive behaviors.

I'm calling BS on this until some other reputable source weighs in. The video from that local affiliate uses terms ranging from arrested, detained, being question, investigated, etc.
At this point it's all speculation and few facts.
