Party unity can be destroyed by such acts.If party unity means selling out to the open border lobby, then there is going to be no party unity. This thread is a fine example.
The security of this country is a hell of a lot more important the a bunch of whining party loyalists. Time to take back the party from the open border lobby. It's going to be a bloody election in the GOP.

Correct on all points.
And of course so is Tom Tancredo, a true American patriot.

What does that tell the rest of us about Mormons then? What if Mitt Romney runs for President. Should we assume that he also believes his his business dealings success or failure are determined by SATAN?

Where did you pick that spin up, from howard dean's playbook? You're really fixated on Howard Dean today. Tell him hello for us when you come up from the DNC basement for the night...
To: Lancey Howard
They give Cannon an overall C. His pro-illegal voting record goes back to 1997 (check the website). I don't know about other patriotic middle class Americans who pay taxes and follow the law, but I want my representative to be at the head of the class on this issue. No waffling. No changing positions when it's convenient. Tancredo's been on the front lines since he quit his job as a civics high school teacher. He's got my vote in 08.

The reason he is targeted is that he has the guts to point out the true agenda of some these groups The "true agenda" according to the conservative-hating SPLC, whose material Cannon was endorsing. As do you, evidently.

Not spin and you know it, Dane, you were on the same thread last night where colorcountry (who lives there and walks the walk) explained it to you quite clearly. If you didn't read, I'm certain he'd be glad to explain the Mormon faithful to you once more. That's one lady's opinion, but you accept it, since it soothes your apprehension about Jacob's blunder, which most people see as a blunder.

Actually I could care less about Chafee's race, he like tancredo is a backstabber. Sure we'll see but I guarantee all the Cannon supporters, including you will be spamming those threads in support of that RINO sellout when the time comes.
To: Texasforever
His being a Mormon isn't a reason I won't vote for him, his stance on the borders is the reason I won't vote for him.
To: Jameison
Tom Tancredo, a true American patriot.I agree!

It was more than one person trying to explain it to you, but as usual, you never pay attention, rather look for the next cute putdown you can come up with.

"And this tancredo/bay buchanan toadie group focuses on a 100% ACU rating Congressman(Chris Cannon), while they are silent on a real RINO like Chris Shays."
I guess you don't read the news. You may want to revise that RINO comment. This from the Washington Times:
"I don't want to see a bill come to the floor of the House that gives them a path to citizenship," said Rep. Christopher Shays of Connecticut, one of the most liberal Republicans in Congress.
This is a change from three weeks ago, before Mr. Shays attended 18 community meetings in his district, where the questions invariably turned to immigration. At the first meeting, he told a group of constituents that he supported providing a path to citizenship to illegals. Not anymore

To me the # 1 issue for November is immigration, securing our borders, taking every step we can to send the illegal invaders back where they came from.

Look I don't believe that this crazy crap about SATAN causing his business failures is going to be an asset for the Mormons. If it is, I don't want a Mormon anywhere near elected office.
