Government officials decided that constitutional referendum was unavoidable since they could not perform their duties due to the bureaucratic chaos in the country stemming from the tension among Bosnian Muslims, Serbians and Croatians.
There are about 200 ministers, 80 political parties and 14 parliaments in Bosnia, one of the most convoluted political systems in the world.
Constitutional referendum in Bosnia-Herzegovina is also a high priority for the European Union (EU). EU Commissioner for Enlargement Olli Rehn had previously stated that constitutional referendum was a must for Bosnia in the path of EU membership.

Muslim from Bosnia went to Muslim in Turkey (occupators of Balkan for 500 years) asking his helb in abolishment of Christian state Republika Srpska in Bosnia, and to create unitarsitic "multiculturar' (muslim) state on Balkans.
Concerned aboput large number of parliaments and parties reminds me on certan Adolph. H. parple: "Ein Volk, Ein Reich, Ein Fuhrer!"
Nowdays "Ein Vold, Ein Kaliphat, Ein Kaliph!"
Because of Turkeys ethnic and historical relations in the Balkans, Ankara has increased its overtures to the region. The increase in top-level diplomatic visits to the region is particularly noteworthy.
HISTORICAL RELATIONS?
Turkey ENSLAVED the damn place. They looted and raped at will and took millions of slaves. They destroyed anything non muslim and forced the population to convert to islam or perish...

But check out Turkey's new "happy face" to the EU. Ten minutes of a good laugh if it weren't so pathetic, as they basically hijack the Greek, Roman and Christian cultures as their own. And according to Turkey, they "have always protected Jews", having been so "tolerant of other Faiths"! I suppose they are right, if "dhimmitude" is your idea of protection!
Turkes are sucking-up to the Jews cause Israel needs an ally in the regiaon aswell as turkey does.
