Great graphic....If I'd sucker-punched a policeman, I'm sure I'd be staying at the Gray-Bar Hotel. Thanks
and still no apology to him.

No surprise here for this Freeper, either.
It is spelled "Black"! Like "D.C."
Or, put it another way: A ham sandwich, this ludicrous Congresswoman ISN'T!
(Even though a ham sandwich is far more appealing.) **S**
Fellow Freepers -- have a delightful weekend.

"Well, we now have an aristocracy." Not hardly....
The lunatic racist bitch can be a lot of things.....but one thing she can never be is an aristocrat.

Sadly, I think that's true - and any DC jury is simply, on the basis of its members, immediately busy practicing jury nullification. That is, they've already decided on what they're going to "decide."

Only if you're a black female Democrat Congresscritter.
All others will be drawn and quartered.

And that is a perfect reason why DC should not have representation.

I agree. DC is an artificial construct in the first place, and I suspect it would be much better off now if it had not even been allowed to get the level of local control it was granted a few decades ago.

TexanToTheCore:
"Well, we now have an aristocracy." From the United States Constitution: " They [ Representatives and Senators] shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; "
This clause protects all of us from having our representatives excluded from the legislative process for minor reasons.
Neither the President, nor the Supreme Court, nor the Congress itself has the power to change this. Any police forces created by legislation to protect Congress are still bound by this clause.
Also from the US Constitution: " Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behavior, and, with the Concurrence of two-thirds, expel a Member."
Any consequences arising from her behavior are subject to full accountability by the House.

Striking a police officer is a minor offense? If it is a felony to strike a college campus security officer who is not even a police officer then how is it not a felony to strike a DC cop? Definitely was not a peaceful thing she did. I am sure that she has committed treason is in there somewhere with all of her hate speech. The representative should be in jail, not just disciplined by the house. She is embarassing.
