Sarah, you're writing here as if this sort of marketing is different and devious when in fact everyone from Rush Limbaugh and Al Franken to Newt sell their books this way; by the way thanks to you and the rest of your "shitstormers" Ann sold another 12,000 copies today, and she should sell 2 million in the next three months.
