Text of a document discovered in terror leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's hideout. The document was provided in English by Iraqi National Security Adviser Mouwafak al-Rubaie:

---

The situation and conditions of the resistance in Iraq have reached a point that requires a review of the events and of the work being done inside Iraq. Such a study is needed in order to show the best means to accomplish the required goals, especially that the forces of the National Guard have succeeded in forming an enormous shield protecting the American forces and have reduced substantially the losses that were solely suffered by the American forces. This is in addition to the role, played by the Shi'a (the leadership and masses) by supporting the occupation, working to defeat the resistance and by informing on its elements.

As an overall picture, time has been an element in affecting negatively the forces of the occupying countries, due to the losses they sustain economically in human lives, which are increasing with time. However, here in Iraq, time is now beginning to be of service to the American forces and harmful to the resistance for the following reasons:

1. By allowing the American forces to form the forces of the National Guard, to reinforce them and enable them to undertake military operations against the resistance.

2. By undertaking massive arrest operations, invading regions that have an impact on the resistance, and hence causing the resistance to lose many of its elements.

3. By undertaking a media campaign against the resistance resulting in weakening its influence inside the country and presenting its work as harmful to the

Is that list from the terrorists, or the media? They both read the same to me.

The Al Qaeda document paints a bleak picture. This was written when Zarqawi was still alive so you can't only imagine the fallout now that's dead. They are under pressure and are gradually being deprived of their sanctuaries. Eventually they may have no choice but to flee and regroup in Somalia, where an AQ affiliated regime just seized power.

This thread has the document! I don't think the Iranians are going to be too happy with this, lol.

The question remains, how to draw the Americans into fighting a war against Iran? It is not known whether American is serious in its animosity towards Iraq, because of the big support Iran is offering to America in its war in Afghanistan and in Iraq. Hence, it is necessary first to exaggerate the Iranian danger and to convince America and the west in general, of the real danger coming from Iran, and this would be done by the following:

1. By disseminating threatening messages against American interests and the American people and attribute them to a Shi'a Iranian side.

2. By executing operations of kidnapping hostages and implicating the Shi'a Iranian side.

3. By advertising that Iran has chemical and nuclear weapons and is threatening the west with these weapons.

4. By executing exploding operations in the west and accusing Iran by planting Iranian Shi'a fingerprints and evidence.

5. By declaring the existence of a relationship between Iran and terrorist groups (as termed by the Americans).

6. By disseminating bogus messages about confessions showing that Iran is in possession of weapons of mass destruction or that there are attempts by the Iranian intelligence to undertake terrorist operations in America and the west and against western interests.

Let us hope for success and for God's help.

As we all thought (except the dems and drive-by media), the terrorists are losing their lives and their will to fight since their supplies and human involvement is being disrupted. They are counting on the continued democrats bashing the US involvement and our President, assisted by the drive-by media to remedy their sorry arses....

A treasure trove of information, as the military is calling it.

I was actually suprised at this because it sort of sounds like they had a plan of some kind. You don't tend to think of these people as educated at all yet there is/was a method to their madness in some sense.

6. To create division and strife between American and other countries and among the elements disagreeing with it.

Is that anything new? However, for the terminally stupid, it's now there in glorious black and white.

Incidentally, the Zarkman thinks and writes like the infantile monomaniac I always thought he was...shallow and barely undifferentiated concepts..repeated and reiterated ad infinitum...remind you of any one??? Can you say 'Mein Kampf'?

Yes, all spelled out to see. We shall see how this is spun (bnecause we know it will be). Hopefully enough Americans will see and read it, because we American people know better. When given a choice between the MSM or our lying eyes, we generally go with our lying eyes ;-)

The Dems better hurry up and try to withdraw our soldiers. We might win before they can.

Judging by the way that document reads, they have all but given up. Their 'to-do list' would be all but impossible to accomplish. I think Iraq is lost for them, and especially so now that Zarqawi is toast. I found it very telling at how matter-of-factly they refer to media manipulation. That must be one of the easiest jobs they have.

Did anyone get to the bottom, where it describes the benefits of an Iran vs. U.S. war?

Text of a document discovered in terror leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's hideout.

... I don't think I've ever seen such a look of misery and dejection on the face of my daughter as I just did a moment ago. She just couldn't understand why the country was supporting free elections and democracy. "Can't John Kerry do anything about it?" she asked pitifully.

I sat down with her on the dirt floor and (as calmly as I could) tried to explain to her why Kerry wasn't able to help us. "Honey, John Kerry didn't win the election and now in the United States is supporting free elections and a democratic government. The only way we can save our people from democracy is to blow them up.”

I tried to keep my voice steady, but it became increasingly difficult - the rage and feelings of helplessness were just too much. I think my daughter could tell something was wrong. I found myself at such a loss for words - nothing made any sense; nothing makes sense anymore. I finally had to admit, "Honey, I just don't know - I don't know what's going on in this country anymore..."

When I finished her lower lip started to tremble and her eyes began to fill with tears, "Daddy" she said, "why are the Republicans doing this to the country?" Well, that was it for me: I finally fell apart. She just fell into my arms and we both began sobbing for several minutes.

It may be the first time in history that somebody is plagiarizing FROM Joe Biden instead of the other way around.

I'm still not convinced that attacking Iran is in our best interests. Sure, we can hobble Iran's nuclear program, flatten some underground bunkers and kill a few folks, but in the end Iran will rebuild their nuclear weapons program and we will be right back to where we are now.

Nothing will change in Iran until the mullahs are deposed, and bombing bunkers won't do the trick.
