Something is completely rotten about this story. The girl's mother got her a passport under the impression she was heading to Canada.
What mother of a 16-year-old girl would let her go alone to Canada?

Sana Jinzawi says her son and Lester have been in touch since the teenager returned to Michigan. Appears that this 16-year-old's mother hasn't changed a thing if the kid is still in touch with the pedophile.

that girl is soooo freaking lucky she didn't show up, she has no idea what she almost got into. They would have taken her passport away and beat and raped her till she did what she was told, and there is NOTHING anyone could or would do to help her.

They held an assembly at my daughter's school this year about the dangers of myspace and similiar sites. I have repeatedly warned my daughter of internet danger- and keep track of what she does online. She said very few of the kids really paid attention to the info they were given and the horrible stories they were told about people molested and stalked over things on the net. The kids don't think it really is a problem- YIKES!

But U.S. authorities intercepted her at a stopover in Amman, Jordan, on Friday, seized her passport and put her on a flight home. Thank goodness these US officials were paying attention, they have saved a girl from bringing a ton of grief and worse to herself.
