An Iraqi customs agent secretly working with Abu Musab al-Zarqawi's terror cell spilled the beans on the group after he was arrested, Jordanian officials tell ABC News.
Ziad Khalaf Raja al-Karbouly was arrested by Jordanian intelligence forces last spring.
Officials say Karbouly confessed to his role in the terror cell and provided crucial information on the names of Zarqawi commanders and locations of their safe houses.
Karbouly also admitted to his role in the kidnappings of two Moroccan embassy employees, four Iraqi National Guards and an Iraqi finance ministry official.
In a videotaped confession, Karbouly said he acted on direct orders from Zarqawi.
Officials say he will not be eligible for any of the $25 million reward money.

I think we turned down the air conditioning.
The 25 million ought to go into constructing a beautiful military resort located on a beach in Hawaii and give ALL the Iraq military troops atleast 2 weeks free use with their families each year for the remainder of their lives!
"If there's any reasonable way we can pay it out to someone, we should."
I expect that it will be. Possibly split between several someones. It's likely that many people provided key information, and some of them probably did it voluntarily.
This guy the Jordanians captured and interrogated was most likely tortured. After all they not only got a lot of accurate information from this guy, but it was timely. Nicey nice interrogation techniques tend to take longer to yield useful results.
I'm not in the habit of admiring kings, but I'm with you as far as having some respect for this guy. It's business, but at least he seems to play it straight.
Maddy Allbright's skid-marked panties would work everytime!
I'm sure that Ziad Khalaf Raja al-Karbouly and his family will always be safe and sound and never been blown up by angry jihadists now that his name and picture have been plastered all over the internet by ABC news.
