It's on ABC Late Night News Right Now
ABC News Update:
BAGHDAD, Iraq Jun 8, 2006 (AP) Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the al-Qaida-linked militant who led a bloody campaign of suicide bombings, kidnappings and hostage beheadings in Iraq, has been killed in a U.S. air raid north of Baghdad, Iraq's prime minister said Thursday.
Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki said al-Zarqawi was killed Wednesday evening along with seven aides.

Who would want to be in a party where your winning depends on a high body count and none of the bad guys being killed.
Sweet Dreams..WOO HOO!
Ann Coulter will have a field day pointing out the evil dispair and rage coming from the liberals now that their hero Zarqawi is dead.
Grrr ... now ABC is on a "play down the importance of Zarqawi and his death to al Qaeda and to Iraq" theme.
He was stupid; he appointed himself; wasn't all that good friends with Bin Laden if you read their correspondence; only knew OBL a year .... blah blah blah yada yada.
Repulsive.
In fact, the President knew about this last night :)
You're quick! ;*)
MSNBC is saying that this dude probably had the Rolodex to end all Rolodexs on him or near him.
This could get better -- fast.
Oil has now fallen below $70 a barrel. See what else happens with such good news? LOL
And oil is under $70 a barrel - per Fox.
Oh, keep listening. Now Zarqawi is a nothing and a nobody. Less than a flea on OBL's camel's tail.
We still have a two day window to mail more things to our troops in Iraq for the 4th of July.
Anybody I trust can mail directly. That includes you. :-)
Hey Gondring.....have you found out it is good yet? ;*)
Mike Boetcher is telling the on-air gal on MSNBC that Zarquawi was a person who liked to keep track of all his folks. He's been told by intell folks that they expecty to find a "rolledex" of information.
LOL....I don't even know what a Cheese Nip is.
I've made a few comments that the dems will also be upset about this because it takes Ann off the hot seat.
And to think, Ms. Al-Quoric is between jobs and won't be reporting this morning. Too bad. I wanted to see what style of mourning clothes she would have worn.
Fancy seeing you here. :-)
You type too fast.
First time I've broken out a glass of Glenlivet at 4am.
