This is where FR should get to work and spread the word far and wide through e-mails, blogs, etc., that Iraqis are thanking Americans!

New DNC Talking Point: "The unfortunate murder of al-Zarqawi by Air Force pilots without benefit of fundamental due process is a cynical attempt by President Bush to divert attention from his miserable poll numbers and failures across the board in implementing the far right's religious agenda on the good people of America. It won't work."

I just dropped in over at DU and they have been in denial all morning calling the government liars. One guy even said to the rest of the thread "Don't worry this is a lie"

What a disgusting, sad group of people. And these people want to lead our country? MAY IT NEVER BE!

Trying to read all the posts- but haven't found an answer to this...he was "injured" first- and we "turned him over" to the Iraqi's...he later died. Have you heard anything about the interim? That's a story I'd like to hear!

We're going to be hearing from a general on the ground shortly...live briefing coming up.

And of course, to our troops in Iraq:

A blindfolded Ken Bigley is held hostage by Al-Qaeda militant Abu Mussab al-Zarqawi in 2004. One of Bigley's brothers said he was glad Zarqawi was dead but would rather have seen him face justice for beheading the British hostage.(AFP/Ansarnet/File)

This is very bad news for the media. And the Democrats are very sad to see our troops succeed. Clinton, Kerry, Kennedy, Biden and the rest of the Jackass Party would rather cut and run. If they had been at Valley Forge, they would have deserted General Washington.

***

Exactly :) And I am not sure whether it would be a consequence of the losses from starvation, drop in living standards, the work Washington made soldiers do to build their winter cabins, or the gall expressed when he kneeled in prayer!

I feel like dancing in the streets. I feel like dancing and firing my rifle in the air repeatedly.

And if I can somehow discover their address, I want to send his family in Jordan (especially his brother who believes him a martyr) a sympathy card.
