this race was the battle of stones river.
Yes....when the votes aren't there.....that's Plan B for the Dims.
The dems will come unhinged if Bilbray wins. The were pinning the whole attitude judgement of their election year message on that race. (which is odd)
Looks like they have it harder in Delay's district as well. Delay stepped out....and the new candidate won't have to deal with the Delay issue.
That's all the dem in that race had....was bashing Delay.
I cannot believe that they're thinking about adding state-funded preschool when their state is doing so poorly.
I hate waiting.
"The aspect that is WORSE is that they are dumping it on another community which does not want it. It is theirs: They need to deal with it in their own community just as Kern County deals with its own."
Last time I looked there was a lot more empty space to dump things in Kern County than in LA.
I don't get the "battle of stones" reference. I can guess, but I prefer not.
Radio Station says that Dims have put up 4 million to help Busby.
And Dims are saying that even if she loses....if she comes close...then the Dims will claim a bad omen for the GOP since the district is so Republican.
I think Angelides is dirtier - but the dems apparently think he has the better chance because he's the darling of the local dem-Boxer-Feinstein-SacramentoBee bloc.
You're right. When the bay area votes came in it sank that ship...
Do you feel that it is right for one overly populated location to ship its unhealthy waste to another populated location--endangering the health of these other citizens?

If Bilbray wins you just know the liberals, DUmmiers, Kos members will start screaming "VOTER FRAUD!"
Given the last Cali thread followed, the proposals can change at a heartbeat toward the Liberal position.
So far, so good, for Bilbray.
Busby won't even have to "come close" for Dems to still call it a win. Bank on it.
LOL -- democrats will spin it best they can. I am waiting for Roger to declare Brian the winner so I can go to bed. I have a splitting headache and can barely see to type...lol. (Yes I have to look at the keyboard). :)
LA waste is endangering our health. If it's not unhealthy, let LA keep it--they produced it.
Who has Bilbray-Busby results? That is the most important thing going now.
